Tammy began practicing yoga instruction in Georgia full-time in 2007 & teaching in the Panhandle since 2013. Personal practice since 1997, for low back pain & stress management. For Tammy, teaching yoga is a creative release, but most importantly a service to the community. And she LOVES THE BEACH!
